How Optimus collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this site or reserve a unit. In short: we collect only what we need, we never sell it and you stay in control.
Who we are
This website, humanoidoptimus-order.info (the "Site"), is operated by Optimus ("Optimus", "we", "us" or "our"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything privacy-related at [email protected].
Data we collect
Information you give us
When you make a reservation or contact us, we collect:
- Identity and contact data: your full name and email address.
- Reservation data: your chosen edition and finish, country of delivery, the date and time of your reservation and your reservation code.
- Optional information: anything you choose to write in the "What would you hand over first?" field, and whether you opted in to build updates.
- Correspondence: the content of emails you send us and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page and the date and time of your visit, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.
- Preference data: your cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage (see our Cookie Policy).
- Usage data: only if you accept analytics, aggregated information about which pages are visited and how the Site is used.
We do not collect payment card details on this Site. We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Site and the reservation program, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. These include:
- website hosting and content-delivery providers;
- email delivery and customer-support tools;
- analytics providers (only if you have consented);
- professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honour this policy.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Reservation data: for as long as your reservation is active, and for up to 24 months after it ends or is cancelled, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe. We then keep a minimal suppression record so we don't contact you again.
- Server logs: typically no longer than 90 days.
- Correspondence: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, the principle of least privilege and reputable providers with recognised security certifications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children
The Site is not directed to children, and reservations are available only to adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will let active reservation holders know by email.
