Pre-order Policy
Everything about how Optimus reservations work, from your place in the queue to confirming an order. Reserving is free and never obliges you to buy.
How reservations work
- Reserve. Choose an edition and finish, enter your details and submit. No payment is taken.
- Confirmation email. You receive a reservation code by email. Your place in the queue for your region is based on the time of your reservation.
- Invitation to order. When delivery opens in your region, we email you the final specifications, price, delivery estimate and terms of sale.
- Your decision. You then have at least 14 days to confirm an order. If you don't confirm within that time, your reservation lapses at no cost to you.
No payment, no obligation
Reserving is free. We never ask for card details on this Site. A reservation does not oblige you to buy and can be cancelled at any time before you confirm an order. If anyone asks you for payment to "secure" a reservation outside our official order process, do not pay and contact us.
Delivery timing and regions
First deliveries are planned for 2027 in selected regions, followed by further regions in waves. Dates are estimates and depend on production, certification and local regulatory approvals. We will keep reservation holders informed of material changes. Some regions or editions may not become available.
Editions, finishes and changes
You can change your edition or finish before confirming an order by emailing us with your reservation code. Your place in the queue is kept. Specifications and features may be refined during development, and final details will be shown before you confirm.
Pricing
Prices on the Site are estimated starting prices and exclude taxes, duties and delivery. The final price is shown in your invitation to order. If it is higher than the price shown when you reserved, you can cancel with no cost or obligation.
Limits and transfers
- Up to two reservations per person and delivery address, unless you are reserving for a business and have agreed otherwise with us.
- Reservations are personal and non-transferable, and may not be sold.
- We may cancel reservations that appear duplicated, fraudulent, automated or made for resale.
Cancelling a reservation
Email [email protected] with your reservation code and the subject line "Cancel reservation". We will confirm the cancellation within 5 business days and handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
