We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your data to third-party font or script services.
Essential vs. optional
Essential storage is needed for the Site to work and to respect your choices, so it does not need your consent. Optional analytics are used only after you agree. Choosing "Essential only" does not affect your ability to browse or make a reservation.
Managing your choice
You can change your choice at any time with the link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage means the banner may reappear on each visit.

If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent again.
